JHAC, JHWM, IPS, and IPS Plc are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You can check this authorisation with the FCA at https://register.fca.org.uk/s/

RL360 is a provider of investment, life assurance and retirement planning products and is regulated by the Isle of Man Government Insurance and Pensions Authority and is a member of the Association of International Life Offices.

Policyholders are protected by the Isle of Man’s Compensation of Policyholders protection scheme, which covers up to 90% of RL360’s liability where it is unable to meet its financial obligations. Holders of policies issued by RL360 will not be protected by the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme if RL360 becomes unable to meet its liabilities to them.
